Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center (LPPAC) is a 501c3 performing arts venue that houses the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School, a grade seven through twelve charter high school, in western Pennsylvania. While at LPPAC, Joel managed and supervised a staff of up to 24, created and managed show budgets and scheduling for a ten-show production season, including musicals, plays, and dance, and in-house concerts, in three performance spaces and 6 rehearsal spaces/dance studios. He coordinated numerous outside events and concerts for organizations and groups such as Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, River City Brass, Nelson Illusions, and Big Brothers Big Sisters, collaborated with outside companies on scenery and prop rentals, as well as secured national touring sets and props to add to the in-house built rental inventory.
